We have tried to organize our online shop in the easiest way possible. You can browse by product category, and when you find something you like, click on the image for more detailed information.

Product Search

If you are looking for something specific, use our product search function to help you find exactly what you are looking for. Enter the name, code or keywords of the product or the type of product (e.g. Truck) you are looking for.

Product Details

Certain models photographed on this website are hand finished prototypes. The final quality of factory-produced models will be superior. All measurements are approximate. Corgi reserve the right to improve and amend specifications on all models.

Purchase

To make a purchase from the product detail page, simply click your mouse in the Quantity field. This will automatically add the selected item to your basket. If you require more than one, you can enter your desired amount manually on the basket page. From the basket page you can either continue shopping or check out. Please note, orders are fulfilled on a first come, first served basis.

View Basket

If you would like to check what you have selected to purchase so far, click on the basket icon to see what is inside. Items can be removed at anytime and your total will be recalculated by clicking the 'Update Basket' link.

Order Online

Once you have selected the items you wish to purchase, you can log in, or if it is your first visit you can register, from the Basket page and then checkout. If you have used the site before your address book details should be presented to you along with any credit card details you have saved to your account. From here you can select where the items will be delivered and also which credit card you want to use to pay with.

On submitting your address and delivery details you will be asked to confirm your details and postage/order total. You can also provide comments at this stage. Orders are fulfilled on a first come, first served basis.

Once you have confirmed your details you will be sent an order confirmation e-mail detailing your order in full, including a description of the goods order, the price, delivery costs where applicable and a unique web order number.

Shipping

Your order should be despatched within 10 days, but please allow 28 days for delivery in the UK.

Order by Fax or Phone

If you would prefer not to buy online you can fax your order to 023 8024 8700 (available 24/7), or phone the call centre on 02380 248844. The call centre is available from 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week.

Payment Options

At Corgi-Shop.com, we accept MasterCard, Visa and Switch cards. By mail we also accept personal cheques and bankers drafts.

Returns

If at anytime you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to issue you a refund, or exchange it for another product. Please circle the items you are returning on your packing slip. Please also note the reason for return.

By law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days after the date the item is delivered.

Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you as follows:

• where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we will refund you for the product ordered
• where you are returning an entire order, we will refund you for the items and delivery charge that you incurred

If you are returning a Corgi product, you will receive a credit on the original credit card unless you paid by other means, such as cheque, in which case we will issue a bank cheque.

If possible, please package your return in its original packing. A return label is included on the back of the packing slip.
