The new Corgi catalogue is packed with incredible die cast replicas of all your favourites and offers no fewer than fifteen new castings, a series of tool modifications and new schemes on existing moulds.
Corgi add to the definitive history of powered flight in the Aviation Archive range by marking the 70th Anniversary of The Battle of Britain in 2010 with a series of six aircraft including two newly tooled models and a 1:32 Spitfire with moving parts.
Sure to be a hit with enthusiasts is the twelve new trucks taking to the road in Hauliers of Renown alongside a celebratory Eddie Stobart collection marking their 40th Anniversary.
The OOC range is complemented by an elegant modern coach and steam collectors will love the two Vintage Glory Showman’s engines.
Vanguard enthusiasts will delight in the seven new tools amongst the releases including two of the most iconic cars of their eras, the Volkswagen Golf Mk1 GTI and Ford Cortina MkIV. For Mini fanatics there are three new 1:36 releases.
The catalogue also showcases the licensed product and this year Corgi will be releasing some of its favourite TV and Film models including the famous Only Fools and Horses Trotter van. In the run up to the London 2012 Olympic Games, Corgi will be producing an exclusive range of die cast models of an Olympic theme. This includes a series of collectable Taxis that each represent one of the sporting disciplines from the London 2012 Olympic Games.
