After completing the small survey, a number of people will be selected for a longer video call in the coming days (unfortunately, not everyone who signs up will be selected).

Hi there Shaun,

Apologies for the delay but I have taken a look at this issue with our Web team. The failed orders you’ve experienced with your pre-orders have been caused by the payment failing 3D secure. Looking into this further, this looks to be due to your saved card having incomplete or incorrect details, likely the CVV code (three numbers on the back).

Please double check the details saved for your pre-orders and if you experience any other problems after updating, please do let us know.

You must be misremembering Fishmanoz, the only hidden posts in this thread were the double posts back on the 3rd July.

In the latest edition of Workbench, we once again showcase the many talents of Airfix's own Instruction Designer Richard Petts and reveal the winner of our Caricature Competition. This, as well as review from our Lead Research Simon Owen of a recent visit to the Biggin Hill Heritage Hangar. As always, please do let us know your thoughts on this week's blog. Enjoy!

We are off and running! The latest edition of Aerodrome celebrates the start of this RAF Centenary Airshow year with a review of the recent Shuttleworth Season Premier Airshow at Old Warden airfield in Bedfordshire. Good weather and a great display line-up ensured this was the perfect way to start the Airshow season and with it, this significant centenary year for the Royal Air Force.

In a bumper edition of Die-cast Diaries, we mark the impending 75th Anniversary of the Dambusters Raid, whilst also continuing our celebration of the Morris Minor in its 70th year, something of an affordable classic.

We also have an exclusive review of the recent South East Bus Festival, before ending with a die-cast modelling tribute to a classic 1970s punk band.
