Welcome to our round up of recent highlights from the Corgi website

Another month has passed here at Corgi, which can mean only one thing! It’s time to pick out all the best bits from the Corgi website over the last four weeks.

As always, there’s been a huge amount of activity here including new arrivals, the latest from our blogs and more!

TOP PICK OF THE MONTH

Messerschmitt Bf109E-4 ‘Yellow 1’ Oblt. Gerhard Schopfel, Battle of Britain

SOUTH EAST BUS FESTIVAL

During April, our Original Omnibus researcher attended the South East Bus Festival. Writing his experiences up for May’s Die-cast Diaries, the event was extremely enjoyable and informative. Here are some of our favourite photos!

RAF CENTENARY

We told you about the RAF Centenary last month, but this momentous occasion rightfully takes its place in April too. If you haven’t already, take a look at ways you can commemorate this occasion in die-cast metal.

DIE-CAST DIARIES

 100 Years of the RAF

Die-cast Diaries marks the Centenary of the Royal Air Force by bringing you exclusive details from an Aviation Archive model which was added to the January – June 2018 range so late, it did not even make it into the printed catalogue!

AERODROME

A trio of magnificent Mosquitos at historic Salisbury Hall

Aerodrome heads down to Salisbury Hall in Hertfordshire, where it is possible to view three magnificently restored de Havilland Mosquitos in the same historic hangar. Making this an even more memorable occasion, two of the aircraft were dragged outside the hangar for a unique photo opportunity!
